Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to Dental Growth Lab, a service of I&I Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate a patient acquisition consulting service for orthodontic practices. Our website is thedentalgrowthlab.com.
If you have any questions about this policy, email us at questions@thedentalgrowthlab.com.
2. What Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you fill out our audit request form, we collect: your first and last name, business name, email address, phone number, practice website, location, and answers to questions about your practice (monthly patient starts, current CRM, advertising spend, etc.).
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we automatically collect: your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, time spent on the site, and referring URLs. This data is collected through cookies and analytics tools.
Campaign and click data. When you arrive at our site by clicking a Facebook or Instagram ad, we automatically capture the campaign, ad, and ad set identifiers included in the link (commonly called UTM parameters) along with Meta's click identifier ("fbclid"). This information is held briefly in your browser as you move between pages, and if you book a call with us, it is attached to your contact record so we know which specific ad led to your inquiry.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your audit request and schedule a call
- Send you the practice growth audit we prepare for your business
- Follow up with you about our services
- Improve the content and performance of our website
- Run targeted advertising to reach orthodontists who may benefit from our services
- Measure which ads and campaigns lead to booked calls, so we can improve our advertising and stop spending on what doesn't work
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Who We Share Your Information With
We only share your information with the third-party services we use to run our business. These are:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM platform. When you submit the audit form or book a call, your contact information, form responses, and the campaign/ad information described in Section 2 are stored in GHL and used to manage your contact record, schedule your appointment, send follow-up communications, and measure which ads generate booked calls. GHL Privacy Policy →
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — we use the Meta Pixel on our site to measure ad performance, including when you view a page or click to request an audit, and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may receive your IP address, the pages you visit, actions you take on our site (such as requesting an audit), and the click identifier tied to the ad you came from. Meta Privacy Policy →
- Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, time on site, traffic sources). Google receives anonymized usage data. Google Privacy Policy →
We deliver Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to your browser using Google Tag Manager, a tag-management tool. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal information beyond what is described for Google Analytics and Meta above.
We do not share your information with anyone else.
5. Data Retention
We keep your contact information and form responses in our CRM for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship with you. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our systems within 30 days.
Analytics data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to Google's standard retention settings (up to 26 months).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your data from our systems
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email we send
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising purposes by visiting our Your Privacy Choices page, or by enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we honor automatically
To exercise any of these rights, email us at questions@thedentalgrowthlab.com. We will respond within 10 business days.
7. Cookies
Our site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Specifically:
- Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to track page views, sessions, and traffic sources
- Advertising cookies — set by the Meta Pixel to support retargeting and ad measurement
- Local/session storage — used briefly to remember which ad or campaign referred you as you move between pages on our site, so that information can be attached to your booking if you request an audit
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect how the site functions.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you. Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
