By accessing this website or engaging Dental Growth Lab for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our site or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, leads, and clients of Dental Growth Lab, a service of I&I Technologies LLC.

Dental Growth Lab provides patient acquisition consulting services for orthodontic practices. Our services include, but are not limited to: practice growth audits, paid advertising management, website conversion optimization, lead capture systems, and patient follow-up infrastructure.

The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines for each client are defined in a separate client agreement executed between the client and I&I Technologies LLC.

Dental Growth Lab does not guarantee any specific number of new patients, case starts, revenue, or return on investment. All projections, benchmarks, and illustrative examples shared on this website or in our materials are based on historical data and industry averages — they are not promises of future outcomes.

Individual results will vary based on practice size, market conditions, advertising spend, team execution, existing infrastructure, and other factors outside of our control.

Fees, payment schedules, performance guarantees (if any), and refund conditions are outlined exclusively in the client agreement signed between you and I&I Technologies LLC. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding fee schedule or guarantee of any kind.

All fees are due in accordance with the payment terms in your signed client agreement. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

All materials, strategies, frameworks, templates, ad copy, landing pages, system designs, and other deliverables created or provided by Dental Growth Lab remain the intellectual property of I&I Technologies LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing in your client agreement.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered materials solely for the operation of your orthodontic practice during the term of your agreement. You may not resell, sublicense, or share these materials with third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I&I Technologies LLC and Dental Growth Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business — arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to I&I Technologies LLC in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the termination provisions of the signed client agreement. Dental Growth Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any tools, portals, or systems we provide immediately upon breach of your client agreement or these Terms.

Upon termination, your license to use any Dental Growth Lab materials and systems ends immediately. Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Limitation of Liability), and 8 (Governing Law) survive termination.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
